Red mark from middle strap on 's

Hi guys,

Ava's just developed a red mark on her foot from the middle strap. Is

this normal to get this? She hasn't had it before...why would it start

now? What should I do?

Garrison keeps a red mark on top his foot from one center strap of his shoes but

it has never expanded in to a blister,sore, etc., just almost a raspberry

looking spot.
