Guest guest
Happy Holiday's To All, I have been reading all of the post of e-mails for about 2 week's and enjoyed each one. I am considering the DS over the Fobi pouch since I attended a seminar with Dr. Husted in Nashville TN on November 7th. I have to admit that I am a little confused by it all. I had my mind made up to have the Fobi pouch when I went to the seminar, but now I am leaning toward the DS. It just makes since to have the least restrictive surgery and I love the fact that I can drink with my food. Could someone out there let me know if they too were going to have the Fobi pouch and then heard about the DS and changed their mind also. I love to hear your list of pro's and con's. I am waiting for insurance approval and should have an answer any day now. Thanks, Dee Dee
Guest guest
hi, I was 38 when i got pregnant with connor. i wonder how many people tried ivf or other artificial means and what those numbers are. Kim, mom to connor, now 7 years, 46 pounds, 45 inches tall and slowly getting of tube! Deb wrote: Hey guys I am actually getting a big kick out of these mini surveys. I have had a few people say they are interesting. You would THINK that (as someone said) as we get older, there is more of a chance of " syndromes " . If anything our informal survey is showing the opposite. I have heard from 15 people this afternoon and only 3 of them have been aged 30 or more. Isn't THAT interesting. I'll keep the tally going for a few more days and then I'll let you know the final results. Deb
Guest guest
hello everyone, I just got caught up on the emails, and saw the survey. I had my first son at 21 and was on the pill, miscarried twins at 23years old, and went on clomid after trying for a year with no results, and got pregnant with Grayson (mat upd7 RSS). at the age of 26. It really does look to be connected. Amber Deb wrote: Hey guys I am actually getting a big kick out of these mini surveys. I have had a few people say they are interesting. Guest guest
I'm still catching up. I was 29 (with exactly one month to go before turning 30) when I had . was born at 36 weeks. I had pre-term labor for about six weeks before that which every doctor would blow me off as Braxtin Hicks. I was 32 when Kelli was born and she was born at 38 weeks. I also had preterm labor with her for a few weeks. B 5 1/2 and Kelli 3 --- amber chavis wrote: > hello everyone, > > I just got caught up on the emails, and saw the > survey. > I had my first son at 21 and was on the > pill, miscarried twins at 23years old, and went on > clomid after trying for a year with no results, and > got pregnant with Grayson (mat upd7 RSS). > at the age of 26. Guest guest
I was 26 when I had Autumn now 19 mos. She was born at 38 weeks 4 days at 5 lbs 6 oz. She was my 3rd and was about 2.5 lbs less than my first 2. I had an unusually occurance during her pregnancy about 3 mos before she was due, I woke up one morning and had lost 15% of my hearing in my right ear instantly overnight. The doc then did't know why, said maybe fluid build up and it would come back after birth, 1 year later it was not back and was determined to be nerve loss most likely due to a virus I had during pregnancy, but not sure. I also had extremely horrible migraines beginning at 10 weeks of pregnancy. I have always had migraines, but these were worse, much more often and lasted for days with the peaks laying me up in bed for 1-2 days and someone had to watch my kids. They came every 3 or so weeks until ironically enough, the last time growth was measured with my abdomen, at 32 weeks, no measured growth and no more migraines. Also, was there a food survey? Autumn loves pasta...any kind thats all she wants to eat, bread or bagels anything bread like, yogurt, chocolate ice cream, cheese puffs and lots of them, cheese, and she does have a sweet tooth, especially for chocolate like hershey bars...has to be something without cruchies, and cookies, especially chocolate chip, actually, practically only chocolate chip. The only 'meat' she will eat is an occational chicken nugget from mcdonalds, no other chicken or meat at all, even soy meat...nothing meat like, go figure, mom to Autumn 19 mos RSS, Summer 6 weeks, Ocean 3, Skye 7 > > Hey guys > > > > I am actually getting a big kick out of these mini > > surveys. Guest guest
, sorry but I had to respond to this post. LOL When you mentioned Cheese Puffs - I about lost it.....LOL WE LOVE Cheese puffs in this house too. Ian and I can eat half a bag at a time. It's become such a horrible habit - I wouldn't buy them the last couple times at the grocery store. Interesting posts though about what our children love to eat.... Hope all is well. - H > > > Hey guys > > > > > > I am actually getting a big kick out of these mini > > > surveys.
