You are correct. More precisely, they are a combination of

water-soluble forms of the normally fat-soluble vitamins A,D, E and

K, plus some other goodies like folate and zinc (as I recall) thrown

in.

Adult dose is two tablets.

Each ADEKsĀ® Tablet (chewable) contains:

Calories 5

Total carbs 1 g

Viatmin A 9000 IU

(as palmitate and

60% as beta carotene)

Vitamin C 60 mg

(as ascorbic acid)

Vitamin D 400 IU

(as cholecalcipherol)

Vitamin E 150 IU

(as succinate)

Vitamin K 150 mcg

(as phytonadione)

Thiamin (Vitamin B1) 1.3 mg

Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 1.2 mg

Niacin 10 mg

(as niacinamide)

Vitamin B6 1.5 mg

(as pyridoxine)

Folic Acid 0.2 mg (= 200 mcg)

Vitamin B12 12 mcg

(as cyanocobalamin)

Biotin 50 mcg

Pantothenic Acid 10 mg

Zinc 7.5 mg

(as zinc oxide)

Other ingredients: Fructose/dextrates,

silicon dioxide, natural flavorings,

stearic acid, magnesium stearate, and

glycirrizic acid.
