Guest guest
Hi. Just wondering. When Autumn was born she had proporionate IUGR. Her head size was actually a little smaller and further from the charts than her weight or length but overall proportionate. SHe did not look RSS at birth at all. I read a lot about larger heads and little bodies at birth here and I researched IUGR because I am curious (my new daughter is also proportionate IUGR with a tiny head even lower off the charts and it is now moving up, everything stopped at 33 weeks). I 've read the most common IUGR is head size for age and body size left behind, but with her, it was all behind Anyways, as she grew her head grew up to the 50% (now up to 75%)pretty quickly while her weight and length went in the other direction and are not on the charts but have consistant growth. Did anyone else out there have this? Autumn has been diagnosed mild RSS from her geneticist and his boss and collegues at Children's hospital in cincinnat, but I wonder have all your kids been born with the look? mOm to Autumn 19 mos RSS, Summer 6 weeks, Ocean 3, Skye
