Guest guest
Hi All, I am writing for Idea's on fighting the Medicaid. Liam has medicaid. he did have private insurance, but then we go this so cxld the private... He has been on GHT for Alittle over a year now and medicaid denied the GH... There reason was he needs a STIM test.... He does not because SGA does not require it..... How can I fight this? Also they ( medicaid) only covers noratropin he was on genotropin...Well, noratropin is not approved for SGA, but Genotropin is....I do know that they have covered the genotropin for some people ( a friend of mine, in special circumstances).. The doctors office is not much help... The original claim to medicaid was in April and they did not follow up until I called and Bit***d... Now no one is returning my calls etc... Liam has an endo appt tomorrow, so he will get an ear full... My friend suggests writing the governor.. That is great but I am horrible at it... Anyone want to start a letter for me? Once I have it started I can do it, I am horrible at starting though.... Mom to Jed and Liam Orlando Fl When you get to your wit's end, you'll find God lives there. Guest guest
, Gosh - I'm going to be starting the old Medicaid thing too soon. I've gotten some great advice from another member who typically does not visit this listserve very often. I'm unsure about guiding you in the right direction because I'm just getting started as well - maybe we can do this together - we may be different states - but, I'm sure the basics are there. As far as starting a letter, I love to write - but, I'm thinking I need to do the research first before I approach anything or anyone about what I want. Let me know what your thoughts are further - we can always discuss this more. I'm unfortunately for you - not as much in a hurry because I'm not there yet - so, I may not be the best partner - but, let me know what you think. Always glad to help. - H > Hi All, > > I am writing for Idea's on fighting the Medicaid. Liam has medicaid. he did > have private insurance, but then we go this so cxld the private...
