possible regression

Hello,

I need some advice or opinions. My son, Bengi , who is 5 almost 6 is a

patient of Dr. Ponseti's but we are unable to go see Dr. Ponseti right

now and was told about some doctors down here in Atlanta, ga from Dr.

Ponseti.

Bengi has been out of his braces since September for the 2nd time,

recently his foot has been looked pigeon toed and he has been stting

with his foot underneath his bottom when he sits on his knees. We

emailed Dr. P this morning and he eamiles us back that Bengi may have

to have an anterior tibial tendon transfer to the third coneifrom, and

may be necessary to apply a cast or two before the surgery to get his

foot in proper alignment.

Can someone please let me know goes on with this procedure and how long

it takes to recover and all that?
