Guest guest
I'm so happy for yoU!!!!!!!!!!!! Lily AGAIN...jumping for joy in Illinois Happy Friday, all. Hope you are not tired of hearing about Lillian. I am just so fired up. We had our third visit with Dr. Ponseti today and WOW her feet are beautiful. BEAUTIFUL! I actually teared up looking at them between cast changes. They look like feet! Not the " squares " I brought to Dr. Ponseti just a few weeks ago and that I thought she would have to live with (I didn't care about the appearance of her feet just function but the appearance was an indicator of impaired function). A year into treatment and I thought the feet she had were as good as it would get. I had wondered how those feet she wouldn't even put weight on were going to serve her in life and now!!!!...we have only good reports. It seems like the world is her oyster...we have no ballerinas or star rugby players in our family but SHE could be the first! I reflect on this morning with awe of the miracle Dr. Ponseti is working on her feet. He is pleased and I am ecstatic. On a sidenote, the visits to the office are wonderful--Dr. Ponseti and are just incredibly kind and gracious with dear Lily (and her mom). I have some pictures from today to post once I figure out how. Thanks again for pushing me to Iowa.
Guest guest
Hi , We NEVER get tired of reports like this lol!! This is the end result of why so many of us stick around to help other parents long after our kids have no 'issues' with treatment (hope you will too). It is just so rewarding to hear of your Lillian's progress with Dr. Ponseti!! Congrats we are thrilled for you! & Grace 21mos urcf FAB 13hrs > > Happy Friday, all.
