Barbi: I used a very nice tasting protein powder -- it's SOY -- put out by

Schiff Pharmacies. It's called 'Women's Natural Replacement Formula' and has

a vanilla flavor (with a very slight hint of cranberries that I didn't even

notice at first). I mixed it with Lactaid skim milk (you may want to try soy

milk or water).

It is nice. I got it at GNC.
