Guest guest
I am new to this list and was wondering if any of you can help me from your experiences. We have been trying to do the diet for about 5 months and have seen some behavior improvements. We have also seen some regressions in behavior when our son has eaten the wrong food items. I have five questions: 1. What chewing gums are known to be safe? 2. Are there any soda pops that are allowed? 3. Are there any non dairy whipped cream products allowed? 4. Have any of you made Thanksgiving stuffing with gfcf bread crumbs and if so how did it turn out? 5. Some of you have spoken of using Pepcid AC after a food that should not have been eaten is injested. How much Pepcid AC and how many doses? Thanks, Lezlee Harvego
Guest guest
* If you have a Trader Joes near you they have their " All Natural " sodas which taste great and are $1.79 a 6 pack. No artificial colors or preservatives and GFCF. As far as stuffing you canshred the GFCF bread into chunks and make a stuffing. I don't use crumbs I use chunks for the stuffing. As far as Pepcid ac I never use it asd I maintain a total GFCF kitchen. Many on the list here have so maybe they will help answer.
