Need a pediatrician!

I have been lurking for months but have not posted until now. The

information on this list has been fantastic and has helped me and my

family greatly! I read your posts with anticipation and copy and

print

lots of recipes and suggestions. But now I need some specific help.

My

seven-year-old son (first born of three sons) needs a pediatrician.

He

is undiagnosed, high functioning and homeschooled. He has been on the

diet for over a year and was previously eating a diet of 90% dairy

yogurt at the blessing of his THEN pediatrician. Last year we had

some

tests done by a DAN doctor and just now got them read. Our son might

have a kidney problem because he is/was not absorbing amino acids and

antioxidants, particularly glutathione. But the tests are a year old

and my son is not the same person he was a year ago since being gfcf.

Still, the DAN doc wants him to see a pediatrician, pronto! And

that's

the problem. We have not been able to find a good one for the last

year. Can anyone recommend one? We live in the San Francisco Bay

Area.

I have checked all the lists for DAN practitioners but none of them

say pediatrician. We need an open-minded doctor who will not think us

strange because we are on the diet, homeschool and don't subscribe to

the traditional A.M.A. way of treatment. Help!!! I don't want to make

this posting any longer than it already is so feel free, anyone, to

e-mail me privately for more info. Thanks in advance, Penny.
