Hi everyone,

In case you are not aware of this, www.google.com is an awesome search engine. I

did a search for corn dogs and pigs in a blanket and found some recipes. I

wanted to post the Bisquick* pigs in a blanket recipe that someone was asking

about. You'll have to look at this weeks emails for the gfcf Bisquick recipe.

Pigs in a blanket

2 Cups Bisquick (use the gfcf one)

1/2 cup cold milk

12 hot dogs

2 Tablespoons melted butter

Stir Bisquick and milk together. Knead on a floured surface and pat into a 12

inch square. Cut into 12(4x3 inch)pieces. Wrap each rectangle around a hotdog.

Pinch to seal. Brush with melted butter. Bak at 325*F for 10 minutes.

I'm going to try them later today. I hope they come out good.
