Guest guest
Aluminum can come from cookware, vaccinations, and baking powder. Lead is in the soil, antimony is from flame retardant clothing. Arsenic is from pesticides, herbicides, pressure treated lumber. Tin is found in flouride. Mercury is from vaccines and our dental amalgams (silver fillings) that we pass to them in utero. Its also in thimerisol which is a preservative found in many medications such as ear drops they prescribe for our children with swimmers ear. Also, its a good idea to avoid ALL fish, expecially tuna. This list is in no way exhastive. We use mostly glass cookware and I use mostly distilled water for my son. I read labels and I am careful around chemicals. We do the best we can and hope for the best. Its important to chelate them while they are young. The younger they are, the more and faster they improve. But, the reality is ..... we can only handle so much at a time. Once the gfcf and the supplement part is easier (and these are JUST as important), then take a look at chelation.
