Guest guest
Hey guys, This weird new pain in my stomach has gotten worse and really hurts. It tingles and feels like an aching burning pain under my right breast. It fluctuates in severity, getting worse after eating. It is not a muscle spasm as I was hoping. Yesterday I tried to get an appointment with a doctor, but couldn't find any who were open. I didn't think to call Dr. (the surgeon who is going to do the DS on me), but wish I had. I am really starting to think this is my gall bladder from all the Internet research I have been doing about gall bladder problems. I am wondering if this is considered a " co-morbidity, " and if so can it help with insurance approval to have the surgery to remove the gall stones and then doing the DS at the same time. I'm not enjoying this painful experience, but hey, might as well make the best of it, huh? Does anyone have any ideas if I there are treatments for gallstones other than surgery? Perhaps the doc could prescribe something to alleviate symptoms until the surgery?
