challenging the diet

Hi, my little two year old son has been on the diet for over three months.

He had tested positive for casein in the urinary peptides test but not for

gluten. He hardly ate any milk products but was a " glutton " for gluten so

to speak, he loved breads and cookies and pretzels etc... Just to be sure I

took him off both and I have noticed general improvement, but he is on the

other things recommended also, like vitamins and probiotics, etc.. I am

considering taking him off the diet just to see if it is really working or

not. Has anyone done this? Could it hurt him? How shall I go about doing

it or should I not even consider it, please advise, thanks, Ashi
