Guest guest
We have Robeez for Grant to go over his AFOs, and I love them. The only consideration for Lilee would be to wear them over her socks if possible. They have elastic, though mostly covered by the leather, is somewhat exposed, and if Lilee has latex allergies it might cause exposure unless she has socks on. Grant's go over his AFO and socks, so he's not directly exposed to the elastic. Joy --- trelsayed wrote: > Christee-- > > I have an idea. I believe the Robeez would stay on. My son has spina bifida, and his feet aren't completely corrected. I tried his Robeez on without his AFO, and despite the fact they were too big, they stayed on. The recommendation for little ones is a soft-soled shoe rather than hard-soled. Guest guest
That is a good idea and I know that a friend has told me that she gets Robeez type shoes at Target for much less of the cost of Robeez. Carol Re: Needing some suggestions Christee-- I have an idea. You could try buying the slippers/sandals that are made by Robeez. They make regular slippers/shoes that babies cannot kick off. I was at a Target Monday and had a chance to look at them. The price here was 12.99. They were pretty cute, but of course, the pair I liked wasn't in his size! I wonder if they have some examples at www.target.com As for Robeez, my mom bought Grant a pair for 20 dollars. They were a discontinued style. I think Robeez usually run at 25-26 dollars everywhere I've seen them. If you have a Scheels nearby, my sister said they had some styles there that were 15 dollars. Guest guest
Waaaahhh... I thought you were talking to me ( I skimmed faster than I should have!), and then the dawning... Oh wait, Kori has a girl. Oh wait, it says Christee. LOL!! What Robeez do to me. Joy --- frogabog wrote: > Christee, > > I have a couple of pairs of Robeez you could > have.
