You can also freeze the flours, noodles, etc. for a few days. It kills the

bugs, eggs, etc.

(Millet is the flour I bought that had the biggest bug problem, and I didn't

buy it at an import store. But I bought it in a huge bag and didn't put it

in the freezer.)
