Guest guest
After waiting 6 long months and 3 attempts to get the blood tested, we finally have a result through. It is negative! Not suprising as according to our letter only 7% of RSS kids test positive anyway! We also get to see the geneticist on 8 November to discuss the findings. It's a great advance for us, as they have twice failed to test the blood. The second time because they were waiting for the Post Morem report, however our v nice paediatrician told them to doit anyway in August. It's another box ticked, Shar has her ECG tomorrow to make sure she is ok, so that's another one completed. It's great to have such positive news for a chance esp as it is his birthday on Thursday. We are only waiting for Stirling's Lifegem to come back to us now!( we are having a blue diamond created from his ashes.) Cheers T (Shar nearly 4 (non RSS), Stirling (13/10/04-6/6/05) RSS)
