soy cheese / yeast

I still haven't seen my posts, my dh was trying to fix my eudora program,

so who knows what is happening. Maybe third time is the charm. Again I

apologize.

Thanks so much for your replies on the pizza and breading. I thought I

already posted, but I didn't see it so I apologize if this is twice. I

have 2 more questions.

1. Where do I find Red Star yeast? I am using Fleishmeins (sp), is it

OK? Which should I use rapid rise or active dry?

2. Where do I find Soy cheese and what is the best kind?

--There aren't any health food stores where i live

(the nearest one is 1 hour away and very tiny) any way

drug emporium a drug store here in wv is starting to

put in " healthy markets " they will order what ever you

want if you can tell the a product name and they

prefer a manufacture's name too. but will look it up

at their leisure otherwise. they aren't very

knowlegeable but are willing to learn. most are people

off the street that were hired to fill a position.

they order soymage cheese for my david and

featherweight baking powder, cereals and many other

things for us. i find red star yeast at save a lot

grocery stores. good luck!! neva
