Guest guest
Yesterday I posted a message saying that I had read somewhere that canola oil and olive oil were bad for autistics. I went back to this website (http://www.owt.com/pmc/autismprot.htm)and it turns out I misread (sorry!). It said canola oil was bad so use olive. In this article called " Autism Protocol " under " General Instructions " (Para 2), Dr. , states Autistics tend to accumulate long chain fatty acids, so you should eliminate products containing long chain fatty acids from the diet. The most commonly used long chain fatty acid is cannola oil, olive oil should be used instead. Also borage oil should not be used in autistic children, since it contain long chain fatty acids. Primrose oil should be used as a source of omega 6 fatty acids. By the way, I found this article by going to www.serenaid.com and clicking on " autism. " Again, I'm sorry for spreading misinformation. I hope it didn't cause anyone to worry needlessly. New to this and CAN NOT get him to take it any other way, so I wait till he is asleep and have done it this way a few times. Let me know ASAP. I don't know about injecting, BUT at the conference they did say you could just run the oil on the skin and let it be absorbed that way. Maybe rubbing it on his back or someother place while he is asleep. .
