Hello :

Thanks for your interest in Applegate Farms. All of our current deli meat

products are gluten and casein free. The lactic acid you see listed in

the ingredients of our slice pepperoni is not derived from milk or milk

products, although the name sounds similar to lactose contained in milk.

your pepperoni slices. Are they GFCF? I see they have a lacticacid
