Hi

I need help and guidance! My son is 15 and I tried gfcf diet last year w/no

success. I am a awful cook and not very creative. He is picky and when I

tried new recipes he hated them and would cheat on his own. Ive thought of

trying enzymes but have no idea what to try! Im very ignorent and very burnt

out. Ive been at this for 9 years. Seen many doctors and tried many meds

etc... Any suggestions on how to try food plan again as well as what enzymes

to buy?????

Thanks

Hi ,

You sound like we could be twins....LOL. I'm not very good when it comes to

cooking and forget the creativity. Gluten free Pantry has alot of good things

that don't taste GFCF. And also Kinnickinnk. Luckily my son is not real

picky. He's 5.

Don't feel bad or ignorant. This diet is confusing, frustrationg and over

whelming at first.

There's alot of very knowledgable, helpful people on this board.

Good luck

Rhonda
