Guest guest
, Thanks for your words of encouragement. I have come to realize that a day now and then of not feeling the best, or feeling miserable for awhile after eating too much is a small price to pay for the success of this surgery. After all, how many times did we all eat till we were miserable with our other stomachs? After my gall bladder came out 4 years ago I had to relearn some eating habits, without any weight loss effects. So this has such greater rewards!!! Guest guest
The thing is, though, that this is how the thin people I know eat...some days, they eat a lot, but other days, they hardly eat at all. ~alyssa Re: : Re: Re: bitchin' and moanin' > nuggets...
