Guest guest
I just called Log House Foods and asked about their cherry flavored chips. They are GFCF, but are made on milk lines. They said that they are thoroughly cleaned between batches, though. I am going to try them, making pretzels coated with them and maybe some suckers. Does anyone know if you have to add shortening to chips in order to melt them and put them into candy molds? Also, they have a lemon chip with the same GFCF status, but it will be discontinued soon. I have called about Price Saver Chocolate Flavored Chips, and I'm waiting for a response, but they also said that they would email me with the Surefine GFCF list that they have compiled so far. Our little local grocery store, which is only about as big as my house, carries the Surefine generic brand. This list will really help me. Let me know if anyone else wants it. ===== __________________________________________________
