Guest guest
, When my youngest was born who is now 10 months we kept telling the doc that he would vomit after every feeding and they kept blowing it off as reflux. Well one day while at my mom's my sister was feeding him ( he was about 2 moths now ) and he turned blue and was freakin out like a fish out of water we rushed him to t he hosp where they moved him via ambulance to the children's hosp here in Philly and that same night they did an ultrasound and found out he had piloric stanosis. Which is were the muscle and the base of the stomach called the piloric is so tight that the food can't get through properly and would back up. The pediatrican said the reason the never checked that was because children who have this usualy can't gain weight but could. So I would ask your pediatrican about it. It doen't hurt them to do an ultrasound and rule it out. Hope t his helps. Chrissy 25 mom to....
