Guest guest
, Your English is fine! I can speak Italian better than I can write it. My written Italian is just cosi-cosi. Maybe that is what you think about your English, too? Yes. We have the s. You will love them! We had the others, the Markells, and she hated them. With the s, they do not weigh much, and Lorenzo will probably tolerate them well. That is so exciting about Lorenzo's casts coming off soon! I know that you will be happy to see his feet again! Let us know the results. By the way, you ARE an expert in this...You have gone through this with your son. You can help parents with children younger than Lorenzo. Guest guest
, How long has Lorenzo been in casts (plasters-intonaci)? I am sure that it has been a long time since you have seen his feet! I am not sure what Dott Ippolito means by excessive retraction of the proximal end of the tendon. Here in the States, some babies need what is called a tendon transfer (movimento). That might be what Dott Ippolito is speaking of. Most children (IF they need it) are at least 2 years old before they get this operation when seeing a Ponseti doctor. You should not worry about that yet. Okay? He might not need it. Let us know how everything is going!
