You can demonstrate this on your own feet, hold them pointed out at 70 degrees and tipped up at 10 to 15 degreees, now move your legs to shoulder width, then bring them more narrow. You can feel the difference. s. Bar Length #2 If, indeed, the bar ends up being too short, will it cause any long- term damage to Zack's legs, hips, knees, feet, etc?
