Anywho a little OT Lately he has not been getting full with his milk so I went to the store and bought some cereal to mix with his milk. Well this mourning I fed him a regular 6oz bottle with out cereal, and he threw it all up. When it was time for his next feeding I put in cereal, he did not throw up, although he did get diarrhea. Now did he get that because he has to get used to the cereal??? Later on today I gave him a reg. bottle with out cereal and again he threw it up?!? Now that I put him to sleep I gave him a bottle with cereal and he was fine fell asleep with no problems. I am lost any thoughts???? He was acting fine wasnt cranky or anything. *I think he might be teething??* Thanks Tina

Guest guest
Regarding the cereal in the bottle thing, in some cultures they do that from birth. Ped's will tell you not to, however some will recommend it if your baby has reflux, as the theory is the cereal weighs things down. Our ped said we could do cereal at 4mo, but Logan didn't like it. There was a baby at Logan's daycare who was on cereal early because he just could not seem to get enough to eat. Not sure if that helped. and Logan Third Set Well on wed. we went and got Che's third set of casts. His feet look much diffrent I am so amazed. I am so happy that this a method other than surgery. Guest guest
Tina, how old is Che? Most of the time, as stated, cereal in a bottle is not recommended any more, although it was a standard practice for our parents' generation to do this. It sounds as though he is not doing well with it and is " telling " you that he is not ready for cereal. Just my thoughts. Carol Third Set Well on wed. we went and got Che's third set of casts. Guest guest
Well a little up date, Che is actually liking the cereal. It seems now that he is full now after he eats. I think he got used to the cereal pretty good, he has not thrown up or showed that he does not want it. Thanks to everyone that posted. Well wed. we go again for his 4th set of casts. I will take another pic of his feet and post it. But for the pic I did post what do you all think?? Thanks for all the info!! Tina > > Tina, how old is Che? Guest guest
Tina, That pic is after 2 casts right? They look pretty good to me, although I'm no expert on how a foot should look after each cast. Hope things continue to progress well, keep us posted! > > > > Tina, how old is Che?
