Guest guest
My surgery was in January. I received a check from Blue Shield PPO in August for a measly $1693.98. However, I believe there was a delay because for some reason Blue Shield kept sending my mail to the wrong address. Kathleen F Open Duodenal Switch Drs. Guest guest
Alhatten, This is a problem for many people who can't afford $12,000 upfront or even pay the $8,000 - $9,000 that maybe the difference between what the insurance company paid and his fee. I was lucky enough to find that Delano Regional Medical Center was in network for me and that other than his program fee, Dr Keshishian was willing to accept the customary and reasonable payment from the insurance company. I'm so glad I went to Dr Keshishian!
