Guest guest
When I want to cleanse my colon, I eat a high fat meal. For example, I had a small bowl of vanilla ice cream last night. This morning, I went like a trooper (LOL). Last week while on a plateau, I was craving olive oil and feta cheese on top of sourdough toast. I had one slice slathered with about 2 tablespoons of feta cheese/olive oil mixture. The next day after my morning bms, I dropped 5 pounds--seriously. It works for me. I'd be interested to hear if anybody else has experienced this. 11 weeks post-op pre: 297 post: 249 BPD/DS 5'10 " , age 46 > Okay, this drives me nuts.
