Ti,

I just checked the link and that's the one it takes me to on the DS site. It

just seems to be more of a bulletin board format to me, instead of listing the

users on the side and having one window where we see usernames next to our

normal constantly scrolling posts, instead of individual posts that just stay

there. Is there a way to get it to a normal chat format or could the rest of us

can pitch in so we can possibly change it ? That is wonderful that you paid for

it *hugs*, but 1) I don't think one person, including , should take the

entire financial burden for any part of the site when it helps so many and 2)it

maybe a case of old dogs and new tricks, but there's only a few people that log

onto the new chat and barely any of the normal post-ops I used to see in chat

all the time. Recovering should your first priority of course!, but I don't

want to see us lose the chat people or chat atmosphere we had before. I know

there's also some people that are more chatters than posters, like Joy Frost and

I don't see them in chat anymore. It would be a shame if we only heard from them

once in a blue moon instead of 2x a week like we used to do. I miss chatting

with everyone and the new format doesn't seem like 'chat' to me

The new chat format isn't the sole reason you haven't seen as much of

me as before... Joe has been in the hospital and I have been there

with him. In addition, I have gotten very tired and still have lots

of Fibro pain and fatigue. Also, I have still not gotten used to

Pacific time and going in to the chatroom at 6pm or so... and we

have a slow, dial-up modem here in the hotel instead of our nice fast

cable internet connection we have at home.
