Guest guest
Hi, 1. The brownies are GFCF. The kosher-dairy marking is there as they produce dairy containing mixes on the same line as the GFCF mixes. They are scrupulous about cleaning the line between runs. My son has never had a problem with their products. 2. When purchasing a turkey - be very careful - many are " basted " . This means they are injected with a solution. That solution may contain gluten or casein. Your best bet is a plain, fresh or frozen turkey. We often get ours from a Health Food Store which gets them straight from the turkey farm. Nothing there but plain old turkey, usually raised without antibiotics and hormones. Carol
