any recipes for sugar free corn free soy free yeast free gfcf desserts? i

only have one cookie recipe and we have lot's of birthdays coming up and

could use a cake recipe and some yummy dessert recipes. thanks Sharon C.

i found lots of yummy desserts in:

Allergy Cooking with Ease: The No Wheat, Milk, Eggs, Corn, Soy,

Yeast, Sugar, Grain and Gluten Cookbook by tte M. Dumke

Starburst Publishers

i borrowed it from the library and we loved it so much i ended up

buying it! she notes which recipes are free of what. there are

great recipes for cookies and cakes made with alternative flours,

sweetened with stevia, apple juice or honey. do those work for your

child? she has good carob recipes which helps us too.
