WELL....Hello to all who remember me ! Life has been way too busy to

keep up with all...so I am no mail on most lists except the DS

Support and Keshishian lists! I am a year post op

now....Thanksgiving Day was my official date....how fitting, yes?

I am exactly 100 lbs lighter a year later...and feeling great ! I

have been a slow loser.... due to my 75 common channel and perfect

common being 67.5.....but better safe they say ! I am feeling great

and pray the loss continues...slow and steady as I would like to lose

about 55 more pounds. This surgery has been a miracle...no other

words to describe it....I eat normally...exercise normally...and

continue to lose. I have had a period every month (non existent

prior to surgery unless induced by medication)... and that is

incredible to me ! I spent the day on Thanksgiving driving a new 1

month post op to the airport...lots of angeling ..... 6 trips to

Delano in a month....but happy to support those who have researched

so much and have made this happen for themselves...a challenging

road....but fraught with much reward. I wish you all a happy

Thanksgiving and the best of health and success with your pursuit to
