Guest guest
I contacted Glutino about a rice free bread. They do have a new one (not listed on their site) that is GFCF. I did notice glucono-delta-lactone, which I know can be milk-based, but not always. I just contacted them about that, and hope to hear an answer soon. They did assure me GFCF and rice-free, but my son cannot tolerate any part of the milk, and I wanted to be sure. It looks really good to me, especially since I need to stay away from refined sugars as well as much as possible (okay, I cheat). Also, this has some really good oil in it, and it has no gelatin added to it, like a lot of the breads do. We have a new bread that is GFCF and rice free and it is also delicious. I eat it myself! Corn Bread Premium: water, corn starch, tapioca starch, safflower oil, non refined sugar, powdered egg whites, yeast, guar gum, glucono-delta-lactone, pectin, sodium bicorbonate, sodium alginate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, calcium propionate, vitamins. I have forwarded your question on fine mix to the nutrition department, they should get back to you asap. Hope this helps. Best, Lori Glutino Tapioca Bread > > > > I was looking at the list of ingredients on this product and it lists " fine mix. " I saw this product listed as gluten-free, casein-free. My son is also rice-free, and I need to know if this " fine mix " contains rice. I've been looking for a good bread without any rice in it. > >
