We used to use a NUK nubby toothbrush, and ice water to do this for . You might want to ask your feeding specialist to show you how to do this?? It seemed to lessen the gagging/vomiting cycle. We also did a lot of " brushing " , followed by joint compressions, and this seemed to help too. Cheese puffs were a favorite with in the beginning. I used to sit in front of him, and gnaw on them with my front teeth, to get a crunchy sound going. He would then try to imitate that, and was so engrossed in the game, he seemed to forget that he was supposed to gag! LOL HUGS!!
