have you tried 2% milk? I found it coated my mouth and helped a lot. It has

around 8 gr of protein in it also, I use Lactaid

Sheryl: I also used nothing but Lactaid skim milk in my first few months

post-op. I didn't have any lactose intolerance or problems with it or dairy.

Now, I'm not saying that drinking Lactaid was the sole reason I didn't have

problems, but I'm sure it helped. :)

It is true that drinking the milk (and soy milk, too!) adds a nice dose of

liquid protein!

Theresa, obviously I have no advice on post-op stuff

but I wanted to let you know I'm pulling for you. As
