2 Small girls, one RSS, one ???? too early to be concerned???

Hi. I am posting regarding my 2.5 mos old daughter Summer. I have

a 20 mos old RSS daughter Autumn. Summer's pregnancy went exactly

like Autumn's yet this time her IUGR was caught because I was on the

doctors case. She was born 4 lbs 13 oz and 17.5 inches full term 37

weeks after induction. She has had absolutly no catch up growth or

anything so far. She was in the hospital at 4 days old for a week

for reflux and tracheal laryngo malacia which caused her to desat

during feeds adn had a hard time coordinating breathing and feeding

along with all of those issues, she still has trouble but is

managable. In the hospital a geneticist (not Autumn's) looked at her

and said would like to follow her to see how she does. She has the

bilateral incurved pinkies, small lower jaw noted by speech

therapists and doctors (which makes it harder to nurse), her

pediatrician remarked that her upper palate is pretty high, reflux

but I don't think she 'looks' RSS like Autumn did (mildly) She is

tracking the same growth on the charts as Autumn and her ped compared

the 2 and they are practically identical. Autumns geneticist said he

will see her whenever I am ready, but I have not done anything yet

because I have been thinking maybe she will show any signs for catch

up anything, yet just like Autumn, the only thing that is catching up

is her head size, was proportionate IUGR with little head and now it

is on the charts but nothing else is. Yet again, I don't think she

has any triangularity yet, but Autumn's head and forehead became much

more pronounced as time went on (was noticalble almost immediatly and

kept on growing) but I don't know. Anyone else have 2 kids like

this? Could I have an RSS and SGA daughter? Why? Is it too soon to

tell? I know catch up growth can occur anytime but ususally with

IUGR they begin to thrive once out unless there is something else

up. She is not so drastically off the charts but is off of them just

like Autumn. Autumn's weight and height continued downward some,

especially weight as time went on and it looks like Summer is doing

the same, but again, maybe something will happen tomorrow and change,

I don't know. Any insight?
