Hey there..

Does anyone here know if the following insurance covers WLS?

Specifically the sleeve (vertical gastroplasty) or the BPD?DS?

I have a friend that wants to do the sleeve, and she has this

insurance:

Select Plus POS - Point of Service - with United

Healthcare.

It sounds like the United Healthcare PPo, but am not sure.

Anyone with information, please post it. thank you
