Thank you Kathy, patience is what we need I guess. Do you ever get that

desire back for food tho? At this point nothing tastes really good to me,

just gets me by

Yes, food gets better. When I was early post-op, anything with sugar tasted

awful. I loved ice cream pre-op and couldn't stand it post-op. I thought I

would never like the stuff again, but now that has changed. It takes several

weeks, but within 2-3 months food does start to taste good again. Some people

get their taste back sooner, but as of now, everything tastes great again.
