It must be hard to be single and Celiac, due to the special diet needs we have. It's not like single Celiacs can just go to any old restaurant for a dinner date. Even family get togethers are now difficult for me. My mother-in-law actually asked me if I would mind going to dinner, and just having something to drink while the rest of the family ate! (My husband and I declined.) He's not a Celiac, but he is very supportive. Good luck to you...
