Guest guest
Hi I could really use 's recipe for play doh. Tried 's and was not as good. My son is now intoxicated or so it seems after school today ( Playing with playdoh at OT, plus his seat is the play doh table). I was just getting him back .. great eye contact and now he comes home from school and this is so disappointing.. He has probably been contaminated since the beginning. no wonder he has seemed so out of it. I thought this was in my IEP , plus I told the OT, NO Playdoh. Sorry for my rant. If anyone has this recipe I would really appreciate it . Searched archives already.. thanks coughlin...
Guest guest
- I will try to bring in both my books tomorrow and post both Karyn and 's recipes for Play Doh. I liked 's better, but whatever works for you... Hang in there. One of our worst regressions was after playing with regular Play Doh. The good thing was we knew the diet was working, the bad thing was living through the regression. Hang in there, it does get better and all your hard work is paying off. This is one of the things we stress with all our therapists - that the regression from a dietary infraction is not only hard on our son, but incredibly hard on the household. We really have to work at it not to get depressed when we see all our hard work undone by an avoidable mistake. It takes it's toll on the family and on our marriage... But hang in there - and remember, even though it seems like your little one has checked out for a while, I know that with my son we would realize that he was still taking things in, you need to keep it together to be there for him when he gets back.
