Dear Friends,

My server wouldn't let me connect most of yesterday, and I had to be on the

phone all day on business. It was a very hard day and I missed my support

system. But God was there in every way. At 5:30 I got a heads up call that if I

wanted an endoscopy, (which I do), I would have to be in Eugene at the hospital

at 6:30 Am.

That's when we were going to leave Arlington,LOL. So panic inside for a bit, and

had to quickly rearrange his day today and we are leaving tonight in an

hour!!

I am very glad that I got a chance to write, after we got all packed, of course!

Hugs to you, don't stress.... will you have a computer with you? can you be

reached at the same addie?

I am taking supplies, Viactive; some natural children's vits chewable and

liquid; some dried egg whites (protein), some ginger (nausea), Barleygreen;

bowel bulker ( Herbal Fiber Blend from barleygreen folks) just in case, LOL;

pickled hearts of palm and pickled ginger; my juicer; no sugar added gefilte

fish

and a tape player to play " A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court!!

I have a laptop I'm going to use do will write later, surgery on Monday,
