Guest guest
This may be an embarrassing issue for some, but I must bring it up in hopes someone has had a similar situation with their child. My daughter is 7 yrs old. She has been casien free for 2 years, but only 50% gluten free. She loves her potato bread, Alphabits, pretzels, etc. Here's my situation: My daughter never has flatuance/gas. Ever. She has been like this since about 4 years old. Most children this age aren't very discreet with it, so it's obvious that she never passes gas. She does not have any difficulty with her bowels. She's never been constipated. Since this is a normal part of our bodily functions, I'm very concerned if it is effecting her digestive system. Am I being too paranoid? I have a name of a very good GI doctor. But I have yet to make an appointment. Is this necesary? Has anyone experienced this with their child? I would appreciate advice. Thank you.
