Another idea... I sneak up from behind and put a very little piece or dab of

food on Jeffs bottom lip and he will generally lick it off. It is not

exactly force feeding, but it does give food a chance that would normally be

bypassed on looks alone. We have added four new foods in the past month.

Jeff will spit out the food he does not like but come back for more on the

food he likes.

The downside: He is always looking at me when I come from behind now! So I

show my hands so he understands I am not going to trick him!

Oh Loren - I got tears in my eyes as I read this message. I am so

glad the 2 bite rule helped you. Just knowing that another child has

been helped has made my day. Congratulations on being tough. It is

not easy.
