Theresa,

I was told the same thing by my surgeon....I was getting sick off of the

flintstones chewable vitamins so I was told to skip the vitamins and the protein

for a month and to concentrate on healing...Of course they said once the month

was up I was going to have to be hyper viligant of both my protein and my

vitamin intake....

Lisbeth :)

to worry about amounts of

anything for the first four weeks. Not protein, not vitamins, not

liquids, not sugar. I was told to concentrate on healing, getting in

as much liquid as I can, eat what felt comfortable and that it would

all come together. Just on the cusp of my third week, everything is

starting to stay where it was put! Ok, I have had to have some stern

talkings to with my stomach, but its starting to get trained!

Anyone else been given similar advice for the first month?

Thanks,

Theresa
