http://www.advnut.com Look for Twinlabs LPP (Predigested Liquid

Protein). Tastes like Robittussin cough medicine, but goes down

easy, and taste washes away with a swig of water.

Gunn: When you mention 'liquid protein', do you mean powders (that you can

mix with water or milk) or already-made liquids in a can? There is one

called 'pure protein' that I used quite a bit in my first few weeks post-op.

It is pre-made and comes in a can. I've also heard that ISOPURE also comes

in a bottle pre-made although I haven't located it yet. I know the

PureProtein can be found in the refrigerated section at GNC.. Perhaps your

GNC would also have Isopure or you can request it......

I haven't tried the predigested stuff, but Steve mentioned one. There's also

Cheramino, which I think is a predigested protein of some kind.

As far as powders go, it really is up to personal taste. I've tried Designer

Protein chocolate and it is quite good with cold milk... Also, Schiff

Pharmacies Women's Natural Replacement, a soy protein in vanilla flavor with

a slight hint of cranberries - that went down really well and had the LEAST

smell of all the powders I've tried yet.... Also, there's ISOPURE powder... I

really like this in Strawberry. It can be mixed extremely easily with water

and is very light (the other stuff really is more like drinking a shake).

I've also tried EAS Myoplex tropical fruit. THey have flavors like Pina

Colada, Orange Jubilee and Peace... The shakes are REALLY THICK but a nice

reprise from other stuff.

Remember: I always half the packs -- there's just too much in there for one

shake. So, that saves money. A half a pack is roughly 25 gms (plus 7-8 if

you add milk to the mix). I think there's a Myoplex Light tropical fruit

mix, too -- I think I'll get that next time. I didn't really see it when I

bought the box. And, a box will last ya a looooooooong time! LOL I always

use super cold water or milk and even add ice. These things are best eaten

when chilled... same goes for the protein bars. I just keep them in the

fridge at all times. :)

I've also heard the Atkins powder is really tasty -- It's kind of on the

pricy side but worth it if it is something you can really drink.... I've

seen their cappucino flavor and it looked enticing...

All the above (except the ISOPURe, but it may be in some stores) can be found

at GNC. There are plenty of places to get stuff online, too.

all the best,
