Guest guest
I got this note from Theo's mom, Helen, who was having trouble posting to the board, so I'm sending this on her behalf. - My toddler Theo has 2 different foot sizes (2 sizes smaller in his right CF). Preschoolians had changed their manufacturer and told me that split sizing as done in the past was no longer possible. They were willing to give me a 40% discount on 2 pairs of shoes, but I appealed to them to reconsider their policy along the lines of Nordstroms (eg they give the same discount to twins who get 2 usable pairs of shoes). They agreed to do so, but as I understand it, they have not yet put it into place; when they do, they said that the shoes will be truly custom and not returnable. I took the 40% discount and the shoes are great. On top of that because there was a several week delay in the shipping they just sent me out a free pair of shoes (which I got in the same size b/c Theo is now wearing a AFO for part of the day, so the bigger size will be good for that). Anyhow, just another shoe option, and they really are great shoes. Helen
