Guest guest
I have bought some lemonade ,all natural with added calcium and vitamin C, little boxes of 6.75 FL OZ, 200 ml from Minute Maid. Is it gfcf? Also, gummie svers, but a package including two types of them ,the one with colors like green, yellow, red, orange I think and the other one in colors pink, purple like . Do you know if they are OK? Thank you very much. Carmen.

(It is a little letter, almost invisible, in a circle or exagon: you have to really look for it) That assures you it is gfcf. Then you have to read which ones have sugar added, if you are avoiding that. Gummy savers, I think they are gfcf, but they have lots of colorings and flavors. If you are not avoiding coloring or flavors, they should be OK. Check the WWW.GFCFDIET.COM to make sure. They have a list of candy that is gfcf. Look into the website " site map " and there should be your list. Hope this helps.
