I went to the HFS and bought some soymage cheddar cheese in a 12 oz block.

The first step in this recipe says to cream butter and soymage cheese, so I

think I must have bought the wrong stuff. What should I have gotten?

Dawn,

You got the right Soymage. Since it is not the best melting cheese in the

world it is best to grate it well before creaming. By doing it this way

it mixes evenly for taste and color, AND it melts because it is so

throughly incorporated! So grate away and begin.
