Guest guest
hi sheryl!! christopher has assmentry on his left side as well, his right side though it may seam like it is bigger it is actually the " normal side " you should take koda to an ortho. we just found out that christopher's right leg muscles are getting very tight from compasating for his shorter leg (he only has a 1cm difference) he needs PT and dr h said he should have a lift put on his left shoe. we also had his back checked and he has functional scolosis from his leg difference. so get it checked!! jodie c > anyone, I was playing with Koda and noticed that one leg is shorter, but not even by inch , my husband stated nothing to get concerned about because everyone has one leg shorter . but with his right side being his largest chest /abdomen but his left leg longer. am I getting to paranoid or could this be leg asymethy and cld it get worse. Guest guest
Sheryl, My son also has opposite assymetry, it's not very common. His left leg is shorter, right hand is smaller, and I think left side of head is bigger. The most accurate way to measure is by xray. And if you get a shoe lift, it shouldn't be as large as the difference is. n's leg length difference is 2 cm and his lift is 1cm.
